When a user submits an abuse report during a video call, a screenshot of the active call may be captured and attached to the report. These screenshots are used solely for reviewing and resolving safety complaints. They are stored securely and access is limited to our trust and safety team.

Habibti is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data. 11. Abuse Reporting and Safety Screenshots

Our platform includes an abuse reporting system to protect users during video calls. When a report is filed:

  • A screenshot of the active video call may be automatically captured and attached to the abuse report.
  • Screenshots are encrypted and stored securely with restricted access.
  • Only members of our trust and safety team can view abuse report screenshots.
  • Screenshots are used solely for reviewing the specific report and are deleted within 12 months of resolution.
  • If the report leads to legal action, screenshots may be retained longer as required by law.

By using the video call feature, you acknowledge that screenshots may be captured if another user reports the call. This measure exists to protect all users from harassment, abuse, and policy violations.

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses where required, to protect your data during international transfers.
